  • LVR: 65%

  • Purpose: Refinance existing loan and release equity for working capital

  • Timeframe: Settlement required within 10 business days

  • Current offer (before Innovate Funding): 10.95% interest rate, 2.5% establishment fee, monthly interest payments, early exit penalty of 3 months' interest

The broker had sourced indicative terms from another private lender, but the rate was high, and the structure was inflexible.
